Induga Puma Pro 1500 has been installed

In January 2017, we installed our new fully automatic induction machine Induga Puma Pro 1500. This is the first plant of this generation and thus a world novelty. The pouring control works both via a controlled mass flow controlled by a precise weighing system as well as by a level control in the sprue by the image analysis of two cameras. In addition, the temperature is measured and recorded continuously over the entire pouring time. This installation is another milestone in documented quality control and working environment safety. The saved energy and labor costs guarantee a short payback time.
