This entails defining a structure (organisation chart) that allows the performance of the Integrated Management System to be kept under control and guarantees its continuous improvement.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>6<\/div>\n<p>BUILDING PARTNERSHIPS<\/p>\n<div>Collaboration with interested parties through training, awareness-raising and the creation of partnership relationships with suppliers, in order to identify opportunities to improve environmental, safety and workplace health performance.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>7<\/div>\n<p>DESIGN OF SAFE AND ENVIRONMENTALLY SUSTAINABLE PROCESSES<\/p>\n<div>The design and development of safe and environmentally sustainable processes through the analysis of significant environmental aspects, the risks associated with the activity, compliance requirements with all relevant legal provisions, and the prevention of pollution, accidents and occupational diseases through the optimisation of production processes; assessing every significant change to the existing activity, both in terms of production and structure.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>8<\/div>\n<p>REDUCTION OF ENERGY CONSUMPTION<\/p>\n<div>Committing to achieving the stated targets for reducing the site&#8217;s energy consumption (measured in toe, tonnes of oil
